Islands Brygge is a vibrant neighborhood with a unique blend of new and old. Here you’ll find modern architecture alongside historic buildings, charming canals, and green spaces. In the summer, Bryggens Havnebad (harbor bath) is a popular gathering place where you can take a dip in the clean harbor water.
From the apartment, you’re within walking distance of Christianshavn, with its charming cobblestone streets, colorful houses, and cozy cafés. You can also easily reach the city center with Tivoli Gardens, Strøget (the main shopping street), and the many museums and attractions.

Floating G.O.A.T. is the passion project of Kate Mark Balslev and Andreas Mark, a Copenhagen couple with a shared love for the water and community. Their journey began on their wedding day when a “For Sale” sign on a historic ferry sparked a shared dream.
Kate, with her background in learning and development, brings creativity and a focus on engaging experiences. Andreas, with his business expertise, provides the strategic vision.
