My name is Kate Mark Balslev and I am an accredited Insights Discovery facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in learning and education.
Insights Discovery is a tool used for personal and team development. It will help you get a better understanding of yourself, the people you work with, and how you interact. Every individual perceives situations and wording differently, leading to varied reactions.
Insights Discovery provides an evidence-based tool for individuals to understand their preferences and how diverse perspectives influence a team dynamic.

At Mar-k Academy, we specialize in personal profiling using the Insights Discovery tool.
During the Insights Discovery Workshop, each participant receives their own personal profile, along with knowledge and concrete tools aimed at enhancing individual capabilities, communication, and teamwork within the group.
Unique Location
Mar-k Academy is housed on an old ferry, right by Langebro in Copenhagen. The unique waterside setting provides the perfect backdrop for a day of insight and development.
